Elementor Forms CRM — Built-In Webhook, Zero Setup Friction

Elementor Pro Forms includes a native Webhook action. Generate your TeknoVesta webhook URL inside the CRM, paste it into Elementor's Webhook action — that's the entire setup. Multi-step, conditional, and dynamic content all flow through.

Understanding the Problem

Elementor Pro Forms is the go-to form builder for designers who want pixel-perfect forms with conditional logic and multi-step flows. What many don't realize: Elementor Pro already includes a built-in "Webhook" action under "Actions After Submit" — no add-on needed. TeknoVesta leverages this: you generate a webhook URL in the CRM, paste it into Elementor's native Webhook action, and every submission (including multi-step state, conditional visibility, and file references) flows into structured CRM leads. No TeknoVesta plugin, no Elementor add-on, no compatibility surface.

Core Modules

Uses Elementor's Built-In Webhook

Elementor Pro ships with a "Webhook" action under Actions After Submit. TeknoVesta gives you the URL — you paste it in. Done.

Multi-Step Form Support

Elementor's multi-step forms send the complete submission to the webhook on final step. CRM gets all field values from all steps as one lead.

Conditional Logic Captured

Conditional field visibility state included in the webhook payload. CRM sees which questions the user actually saw.

File Upload Handling

File upload field URLs included in webhook payload. TeknoVesta downloads and attaches files to the CRM contact.

Dynamic Content Variables

Elementor dynamic tags (page URL, post ID, user data, UTM parameters) flow through the webhook as additional fields.

KVKK & GDPR Compliance

Elementor consent checkbox values mapped to CRM opt-in tracking. Audit logs include consent state and source page.

How It Works

1

Generate Webhook URL in CRM

In TeknoVesta dashboard, add new Elementor Forms integration. A unique webhook URL is generated.

2

Edit Form in Elementor

Open your Elementor page editor. Click your form widget, expand "Actions After Submit" → add "Webhook".

3

Paste URL

In the Webhook action settings, paste the TeknoVesta URL. Save and publish.

4

Send Test Submission

Submit the form once. TeknoVesta detects field structure and prompts you to map fields to CRM properties.

5

Map Fields & Monitor

Drag-and-drop field mapping in TeknoVesta dashboard. Live submissions now create structured CRM leads automatically.

Key Benefits

Uses What Elementor Already Has

Elementor Pro's built-in Webhook action is rock-solid. No TeknoVesta plugin to install, no Elementor add-on needed.

Preserves Form Logic

Conditional logic, multi-step flows, and dynamic content all flow through the webhook payload intact.

No Code Required

Form designers and marketers configure end-to-end in Elementor and TeknoVesta dashboards. No developer help needed.

Compatible with Popups

Elementor Popup forms work identically — same Webhook action, same TeknoVesta URL.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this require Elementor Pro?

Yes. Elementor Forms widget and the Webhook action are both Pro-only features. Free Elementor users can use Contact Form 7 or other plugins covered by WordPress Form CRM.

How does multi-step form data appear in CRM?

Elementor sends the webhook only on final submission, with all field values from all steps included. CRM gets one structured lead per completed form. Abandoned multi-step forms cannot be captured via webhook (Elementor doesn't fire it until completion).

Can I use Elementor Forms for newsletter signup specifically?

Yes. Newsletter forms route to the CRM newsletter list automatically once field mapping is configured. Works for any list size.
