Microsoft 365 CRM — Tenant-Wide Integration with Admin Control

Connect your entire Microsoft 365 tenant (Outlook, Teams, Calendar, OneDrive, SharePoint) to TeknoVesta with central provisioning via Entra ID and enterprise compliance.

Understanding the Problem

For organizations running Microsoft 365, connecting CRM service-by-service is inefficient. Tenant-level integration provides unified provisioning: tenant admins authorize once via Entra ID (Azure AD), then control which users get CRM access. Compliance, conditional access, MFA, and data retention follow Microsoft 365 policies automatically. Each user gets Outlook, Teams, Calendar, and OneDrive integration without individual OAuth flows.

Core Modules

Tenant-Level Authorization

Tenant admins authorize TeknoVesta via Entra ID app registration. Users do not grant individual access — authorization inherits from tenant policy.

User Provisioning via Entra ID

Assign TeknoVesta access to specific users, groups, or organizational units. SCIM provisioning automates onboarding and offboarding.

Multi-Service Integration

Outlook (email), Teams (chat & meetings), Calendar, OneDrive (files), and SharePoint (documents) all integrate from one tenant authorization.

Conditional Access Inheritance

Microsoft 365 conditional access policies (MFA, IP restrictions, device compliance) apply automatically to TeknoVesta sessions.

Tenant-Wide Audit Logs

All TeknoVesta access events flow into Microsoft 365 audit logs in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal.

Microsoft Graph API

Integration uses Microsoft Graph API for all data access, ensuring compatibility with Microsoft's enterprise security model.

How It Works

1

Tenant Admin Authorization

Admin registers TeknoVesta as an app in Entra ID with required Graph API permissions. One-time setup.

2

Assign Users or Groups

Select Entra ID users, groups, or units that get TeknoVesta access. SCIM keeps assignments in sync.

3

Configure Service Access

Decide which Microsoft 365 services activate per user or group: email, calendar, Teams, files.

4

Users Access Automatically

Assigned users see TeknoVesta in their Microsoft 365 app launcher with services pre-configured.

5

Manage via Entra ID

User provisioning, deprovisioning, and policy changes all happen in Entra ID. TeknoVesta inherits all changes via SCIM.

Key Benefits

No Individual OAuth

Sales reps do not click through OAuth prompts. IT provisions access; users are ready when they log in.

Enterprise Security Inherited

MFA, conditional access, device policies — all Microsoft 365 security controls apply automatically.

Instant Deprovisioning

When an employee is removed from Entra ID, TeknoVesta access ends immediately.

Microsoft Purview Compliance

Audit events flow into Microsoft Purview alongside other Microsoft 365 activity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need Microsoft 365 Business Standard or higher?

Microsoft 365 Business Standard and above support full Graph API integration. Lower tiers may have limited Graph API access. Enterprise tiers (E3, E5) add advanced audit and compliance features.

Does this work with Microsoft 365 Government or sovereign clouds?

Yes. TeknoVesta supports Microsoft 365 commercial, Government Community Cloud (GCC), and sovereign clouds (GCC High, DoD, Germany, China). Sovereign deployments require additional setup.

How is this different from individual Outlook integration?

Individual Outlook is per-user OAuth. Tenant integration is admin-managed via Entra ID — one authorization covers all assigned users, with central policy control and SCIM provisioning.
