How It Works
Open Lead in CRM
Navigate to any lead or contact in TeknoVesta. Click the "Schedule Appointment" button.
Configure Appointment
Pick date and time, duration (15 min / 30 min / 1 hour / custom), location (in-person, phone, Zoom/Teams/Meet), assigned rep, and optional internal notes.
Send Customer Invitation
Click "Send Invitation". Customer receives email with appointment details, calendar attachment (.ics), and confirmation link.
Customer Confirms or Reschedules
Customer clicks confirmation link. Status updates in CRM. If they reschedule, customer picks new time from available slots; CRM updates automatically.
Reminders & Completion
Reminders fire automatically. After the appointment, rep marks outcome (completed, no-show, etc.). Lead history fully updated.
